By using Tarlo, you agree to these terms. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

By accessing or using Tarlo's IPFS storage service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Tarlo provides decentralized file storage using the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). We offer:
- Secure file storage and sharing
- IPFS pinning services
- Content delivery through the IPFS network
- File management tools
3. Account Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide truthful and current account information
- Account Security: Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- Legal Compliance: Use our service in accordance with all applicable laws
4. Strictly Prohibited Content
Zero Tolerance Policy
The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and law enforcement reporting:
Illegal Content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Child exploitation content
- Non-consensual intimate images
- Revenge porn
- Human trafficking content
Harmful Content
- Content promoting violence
- Terrorist recruitment materials
- Extreme hate speech
- Content promoting self-harm
- Doxxing or harassment materials
5. Additional Prohibited Uses
Intellectual Property
- Copyrighted material without permission
- Trademark infringement
- Pirated software or media
- Stolen intellectual property
Malicious Activities
- Malware, viruses, or trojans
- Phishing attempts
- Spam or unsolicited content
- Network attacks or exploits
Privacy Violations
- Personal information without consent
- Private communications
- Identity theft materials
- Financial fraud content
Illegal Activities
- Drug trafficking materials
- Weapons sales
- Money laundering
- Any illegal marketplace content
6. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

- All reports are investigated by our team within 48 hours
- Anonymous reporting is supported and encouraged

- Manual Review: Reported content is manually reviewed
- Swift Action: Violations result in immediate content removal

7. IPFS Network Considerations
Important: Public Content Distribution
Content uploaded as "public" is distributed across the global IPFS network and may be:
- Cached by other IPFS nodes worldwide
- Difficult or impossible to completely remove
- Accessible through multiple IPFS gateways
- Permanently archived by third parties
Therefore: Only upload content publicly that you're comfortable being permanently available on the internet.
8. Service Limitations
- Storage Limits: Based on your subscription plan
- File Size Limits: Individual files limited to 50MB, folders to 25GB
- Bandwidth: Fair use policy applies to prevent abuse
- Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee absolute availability
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Illegal activity
- Abuse of our systems
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Upon termination:
- Access to your account is immediately revoked
- Your files may be deleted within 30 days
- No refunds will be provided for violations
- You remain liable for any illegal content uploaded
10. Liability and Disclaimers
- Service "As Is": We provide our service without warranties
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for your content and its legality
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to your subscription fees
- No Backup Guarantee: Always maintain your own backups
11. Reporting Violations
If you encounter prohibited content on our platform:
For Illegal Content (CSAM, etc.)

- Response: Within 1 hour
- Action: Immediate removal + law enforcement
For Terms Violations
- Email: info@virtum.be
- Response: Within 24 hours
- Action: Investigation + appropriate measures
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Belgian courts.
13. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time
- Significant changes will be announced via email
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms
- You may terminate your account if you disagree with changes
